The primary service providers of the Select group of Companies are: Select Hotel Management, Inc. formed in 1986 and serving Hotel owners from our offices in Ann Arbor, Michigan with turn-key hotel and hospitality related management as well as project or single line services (such as accounting, marketing, and development services) and Select Hospitality Brokers, a real estate brokerage service established in 1994 assisting buyers and sellers in hospitality related real estate transactions.

Hospitality Advisors is a full service hospitality consulting company serving clients throughout the United States from its offices in Ann Arbor and Birmingham, Michigan and Minneapolis, Minnesota. With all studies performed by Hospitality Advisors, there is direct oversight by a principal who has held a partnership level position with a major accounting or consulting firm and has more than twenty years consulting experience. That isn't too hard to offer, especially when you have three of them in the company, like we do.
